Privacy PolicyAt HealthMode: Fitness for Free, we are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring you have a positive experience on our app. This Privacy Policy outlines our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your information.
We collect various types of information, including your email, birthday, height, biological sex, starting weight, goal weight, current weight, activity level. This data is used to customize your experience with the services in the app and generate personalized calorie and nutrition goals.
Users also have the ability to upload progress pictures and store their body measurements daily. These are not used for any personalization and are purely for user's to track their progress.
The only data shared with third parties is your email, passed to Stripe for users who pay to disable ads. We store only the Stripe customer ID and subscription status, not financial data.
Your data's security is ensured through the use of Supabase with Row Level Security (RLS), making your data accessible only to you based on your authentication token.
Users have the ability to upload up to 3 progress pictures per day, these images are encrypted at rest and only accesible via Signed URLs. Signed URLs can only be generated by the user who owns the image(s) requested.
You can update your personal and public profile information at any time. If you choose to delete your account, your data will be cascade deleted from our database.
All user data is stored within the United States in Supabase databases, adhering to local privacy laws.
Any changes to our Privacy Policy will be communicated via email to the address you used to sign up.
